Bringing together farmers, conservationists, and youth to regenerate ecosystems, protect forests, and cultivate resilient communities.
Initiatives
Community Empowerment
Uniting farmers to share stories and knowledge, this initiative builds a supportive community of farmers, conservationists, ecopreneurs, and sustainability advocates. Through practical, solution driven learning, it fosters cross-collaboration to ensure no farmer is left behind.
Collective Farm
Collaborating with smallholder farmers across Bali’s regencies, supporting the transition of conventional farming to regenerative agriculture through a participatory community project that serves as a living learning laboratory.
Forest Defense
Protecting forests through reforestation, mapping and research, and education programs. These efforts aim to raise awareness of the vital interconnection and interdependency between forest ecosystems and agricultural resilience.
Projects
Living Lab Farming
Living lab farming is a pilot project developed to establish a permaculture principle and communal integrated Farming System that restores land health, empowers local farmers, and strengthens food security. It serves as a living laboratory showcasing a closed loop model that integrates organic crops, composting, agroforestry, and small-scale livestock
Regenerative Agriculture Training
The training program is designed for smallholder farmers and youth interested in collective awareness movements. Through hands-on workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, and collaborative initiatives, it aims to foster local adoption and engagement. Expected outcomes include the practical application of training and the development of connections among farmers to collaborate on land management. Ultimately, this collective effort could lay the foundation for a barter network and farmer cooperatives.
Reforestation Effort
In collaboration with the Mendaki Pohon Initiative and the local community, we are leading a reforestation project in Kintamani mountainous area to restore forest biodiversity and strengthen community awareness of the forest’s importance. The project focuses on replacing invasive, non-native species introduced through past government planting with diverse local tree species, while engaging smallholder farmers, researchers, and residents to better understand the role of forests in maintaining ecological balance and preventing environmental degradation
